Struggling with grief is one of the hardest things we will ever face, but we do not need to do it alone. Whether you are adjusting to the loss of a loved one, a recent move from a familiar community or state, the loss of a body part or function, even one small step seems insurmountable, but I can help.
While every individual has a different journey through loss, I will assist you in finding comfort, leaning into the grief instead of away from it, and healing wounds through a safe place as I walk alongside you. If someone close to you is grieving, please consider giving a grief coaching session or sessions to help them with their journey.
