As a grief coach, I am a dedicated professional trained to provide you with guidance and unwavering support during the most challenging moments of loss. My role is to create a nurturing and safe environment, allowing you to freely express your emotions, share precious memories, and delve into the intricacies of your grief journey.
Through our work together, we will explore the various stages of grief and develop coping strategies and self-care routines tailored to your unique needs. Grief coaching offers you the tools to not only honor your mourning process but also transform the pain into an opportunity for personal growth
How it Works
Step 1
BOOK AN INTRO CALL
Schedule a free 15 minute introductory call where you can ask questions, share what you want out of coaching, and learn more about how SANDI RAE can help you along the journey.
Step 2
FILL OUT A QUESTIONAIRRE
Before your discovery call, you will receive a brief questionnaire to dive a little deeper into your current needs and goals surrounding coaching.
Step 3
SCHEDULE COACHING SESSIONS
After we "meet," and decide we are a good fit, we will determine the frequency of coaching and schedule our sessions. After each session, you may leave with notes, exercises and recommended reading or resources to explore between our sessions.
